Chocolate fun at Arch House Deli

Last night’s chocolate workshop with Frances Cooley was a great success.  We had a full house of Cliftonites in our cafe for our first ever workshop and they were a great bunch of people all really entering into the spirit of things.

As you can see it all got lovely and messy with vats of molten chocolate and lots of messy hands.

Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and went home with pretty bags and boxes of hand made truffles.

Although a lot of the truffles didn’t make it into the bags as they were scoffed before they’d even cooled down.

trufflesFrances’ chocolate shoes have been a big hit recently with coverage in the press and even on TV.   We now have a new stock of them in ready for Valentine’s Day and Easter.

All the spaces for last night’s workshop sold out and it’s definitely something we’ll be running again. Contact us if you are interested in attending.

Sounds like you had a great time. I’ll have to watch for the next one. I’m looking forward to the tea tasting, though hopefully we won’t get as messy!
